Permits the renewal of valve stem oil seals with the cylinder head in place or removed. The retaining flanges are rotatable so they may be affixed to the cylinder head length ways, side ways or diagonally.
Moveable rests allow infinitely adjustments of the tool length giving universal application for 1 to 12 cylinder engines.
