- 8938 Brass Straight Drift Punch: 3/4" (19mm) point, 3/4" (19mm) stock, 10" (250mm) long.
Use a brass punch when sparks from a steel punch could be dangerous or when striking a harder metal to prevent marking and damage to part.
Brass punches are soft and mushroom easily, and require redressing more frequently.
