Designed to remove and easily replace the brake shoe retainer spring on trucks. Tool fits into coil of spring and provides good leverage to engage or disengage the hook arm of the spring without difficulty.
Off-set handle keeps clear of brake and wheel components. Plastic handle for good grip and comfort.
